01Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "you") and PH111 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the PH111 website and any associated mobile applications or services available at ph111.vu and its subdomains.

The Platform provides online gaming services including sports betting, live casino, slots, eBingo, online poker, and related entertainment products. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated here by reference.

02Eligibility and Registration

• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use of the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not have an existing PH111 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You are not using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.

We may request identity documents and supporting information at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending transactions until verification is completed.

03Account Management and Security

Each Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow anyone else to access your account.

PH111 applies security measures including SSL encryption, OTP (One-Time Password) verification for login and sensitive account actions, and biometric login support on compatible Android devices. These measures are in place to protect you, but their effectiveness depends on you keeping your credentials private.

• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• PH111 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Accounts showing unusual activity, multiple simultaneous login attempts, or patterns suggesting misuse may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
• Account sharing, selling, transferring, or trading of accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure without refund of any balance.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and any subsequent updates is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

04Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on PH111 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The Platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is the Member's responsibility if required at their end.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer through approved local channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. PH111 does not accept cryptocurrency, digital tokens, or credit cards as funding methods for gaming accounts.

• Deposits must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where practicable, as part of standard anti-fraud procedure.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. This includes submission of a valid government-issued ID and may include proof of address.
• Processing times for withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. PH111 will communicate expected timelines within the platform.
• PH111 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any deposit or withdrawal transaction before processing.

Any funds suspected of originating from fraudulent or illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

05Betting Rules and Game Play

PH111 offers sports betting, live casino, slots, eBingo, and online poker. Each product category is governed by its own set of specific rules, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. These product-specific rules form part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

For sports betting, all markets are offered subject to the following general principles:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition in question.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of the Platform and may be suspended at any time during an event.
• PH111 covers markets including PBA basketball, NBA, UAAP, international football, volleyball, boxing, and esports titles including Dota 2 and Mobile Legends. Market availability may vary by event and season.

PH111 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of technical error, abuse of platform features, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity.

06Bonuses and Promotions

PH111 offers promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, and event-specific promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer on the Promotions page.

General rules that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. PH111 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Promotional funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, where applicable, will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per person, per household, per IP address, or per payment method unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• PH111 does not publish guaranteed return percentages, and no promotion constitutes a promise of profit or winnings.
• Attempting to exploit promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other abusive behaviour will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

07VIP Programme

PH111 operates a tiered VIP programme for qualifying Members. Participation in the VIP programme is by invitation or by meeting stated qualification criteria as published on the VIP page.

VIP status and any associated benefits are awarded at PH111's sole discretion. The Platform reserves the right to revise, suspend, or terminate the VIP programme, or to adjust a Member's tier, at any time. VIP benefits do not constitute a contractual entitlement and may not be transferred to another person or account.

08Responsible Gaming

• Age verification: All Members must be 21 years of age or older. Age verification is conducted at registration and during KYC. Underage accounts will be closed immediately and any balance held pending investigation.

• Opening or operating more than one account.

• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the Platform or any game for financial gain.

• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering or fraud.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing platform staff or other Members.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform's software or intellectual property.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true location.

PH111 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in connection with any investigation of illegal activity.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the PH111 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and layout — is the property of PH111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content without written permission.
• Use PH111 branding, trademarks, or logos in any context outside the Platform without authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated means.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PH111 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits PH111's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your PH111 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending bets that have already been accepted will be settled normally, and any remaining balance after final settlement will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

PH111 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, PH111 may retain any balance as partial restitution for losses or costs incurred, subject to applicable legal requirements.

PH111 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, registration details, identity verification documents, transaction history, and usage data. This data is used to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the Member experience. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact PH111's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. PH111 will make reasonable efforts to address disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If informal resolution is not achieved, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
